Bagiya means “garden” and is a
simple traditional design. Handmade with semi-worsted mill-spun wool, the
predominant colours are ivory and rust, together with gold, green, red and
blue. There are 250,000 knots per sq metre and almost 2 million knots in the
300 x 240cm carpet. Woven by 4 skilled weavers in approximately 130 days.
